Professional Background
Noriko began her career in the beauty industry at 18. After training in Japan, she moved to France, where she earned a state-recognized qualification in beauty therapy. She went on to work at prestigious salons in Paris, including with an international celebrity clientele.
After returning to Japan, she worked as a trainer and sales manager for French and other international cosmetics companies, deepening her expertise in facial treatments and skincare for mature skin.
In 2017, she founded elieoZen, a private facial studio in Harajuku, Tokyo. Drawing on her training and experience, she developed THE KŌMYŌ FACE DESIGN®, her signature approach to personalized facial care.
The method considers the face, scalp, neck, and shoulders together, with a focus on natural facial contours, definition, and balance.
In November 2024, she launched wood-ness, a sustainable skincare brand that extends her treatment philosophy into daily skincare. Featuring Japanese bamboo and naturally derived ingredients, the brand reflects her commitment to thoughtful skincare and sustainability.
