The best treatment for you depends on your concerns and the type of care you are looking for.If you would like to focus on facial contours, facial balance, or care for the scalp, neck, and shoulders, we recommend THE KŌMYŌ FACE DESIGN®. The 90-minute session is especially recommended for first-time clients and those who prefer a more comprehensive treatment.If you would also like to address skin hydration and firmness, we recommend the Nescens Hydrating & Lifting Facial.If you are unsure, please contact us before booking. We will be happy to help you choose.

The duration shown for each treatment covers the treatment itself only. Please allow approximately 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after your treatment—an additional 30 minutes in total.

You may reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment, or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment.Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a fee of 50% of the treatment price. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full treatment price.

Yes. Depending on your health, skin condition, medication, ongoing medical care, or recent cosmetic procedures, we may need to postpone your appointment or may be unable to offer treatment.Please contact us before booking if you:Have recently had cosmetic injections, a thread lift, laser treatment, a chemical peel, or surgeryHave wounds, inflammation, significant sunburn, or other skin conditions in the area to be treatedAre receiving medical care or taking medicationAre pregnant or breastfeedingHave allergies to skincare products or essential oilsHave any other concerns about receiving treatmentAny waiting period or precautions will depend on the procedure you have had, your recovery, and the treatment you wish to book. If your treating medical professional has given you instructions, please follow their advice.We may ask you to obtain their approval before receiving treatment.

We adjust the pressure and treatment-room environment with your comfort in mind.Sensitivity to pressure varies from person to person, so we check in with you throughout the session. Please let us know if you experience any pain or discomfort—you do not need to tolerate it.If you have any concerns about scents, room temperature, or anything else affecting your comfort, please feel free to tell us.

Yes. All our facial treatments include cleansing, so you are welcome to arrive wearing makeup.If you would like to reapply makeup after, please bring your own products, as we do not provide them.

Yes. Male clients are welcome at elieoZen.

You are welcome to book a single session. Treatment packages are available if you are interested, but there is no obligation to purchase one.We will never pressure you to book further treatments.

For an initial course of care, we may suggest six sessions spaced approximately three weeks apart. This is a guideline based on our experience, rather than a fixed recommendation for every client.Afterward, we can suggest a maintenance schedule that suits your needs, lifestyle, and preferences.Individual results and how long they last may vary. There is no obligation to continue or book another appointment.

Yes. We also offer consultations in English and French. Please let us know your preferred language when booking.

The studio is located in a private apartment building, and there is no sign outside.When you arrive at the building entrance for your appointment, please use the intercom to call room 305.
